Frequently asked questions
InvoizeFlow is GST-native for India and ships tax presets for VAT and sales-tax markets, with per-country currency symbols, date and number formatting. Each business has a default currency, and an individual invoice can be issued in another currency when you bill an overseas customer.
Every plan includes the full web application. Paid plans raise the limits — more businesses, more team members, unlimited invoices — and unlock reporting, Excel export and online payment links.
You can import your client list from a CSV file to get started. Importing historical invoices and payments is not yet supported.
Configure reminder schedules per business or per invoice. InvoizeFlow emails the follow-up to your client before the due date, on it and after it, and notifies you each time one goes out. Reminders are available on every plan.
The Free plan is available indefinitely with no card required — one business and five invoices a month. Upgrade to Pro whenever you need higher limits or reporting.
