Terms of Service
The agreement between you and InvoizeFlow when you use our website, web app and mobile apps: what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
Last updated 14 October 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using InvoizeFlow, you agree to these terms. If you use InvoizeFlow for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to agree on its behalf, and "you" includes that business.
You must be at least 18 years old to use InvoizeFlow.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. You need to verify your email address before you can use the app.
- Keep your password to yourself. Each person needs their own login, so invite your colleagues rather than sharing yours.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Businesses and teams
- The person who creates a business in InvoizeFlow is its owner. The owner decides who else can work in it and what each person can do. To transfer ownership, contact us.
- A business uses its owner's plan, and that plan's limits apply to everyone who works in it.
- When someone is removed from a business, they lose access to it. What they created there stays with the business.
4. Your data
What you put into InvoizeFlow, such as your business details, clients, products and invoices, remains yours. You allow us to store, process, copy and display it, and to send it where you direct, only as needed to provide InvoizeFlow to you.
You are responsible for having the right to use the information you add, including your clients' contact details, and for being allowed to send them invoices, reminders and other messages through InvoizeFlow.
We handle personal information as our Privacy Policy describes. You can download your invoices and other documents as PDFs at any time; keep copies of anything you need.
5. Invoices, tax and your responsibilities
InvoizeFlow helps you prepare invoices and other documents, and calculates taxes such as GST from the details, rates and settings you choose. You remain responsible for every document you issue: for its contents, for the registration numbers, tax rates, place of supply and codes on it, and for filing your returns and paying your taxes.
InvoizeFlow is not an accountant, lawyer or tax adviser, and nothing in it is professional advice. When we check a GSTIN for you, we show what the GST register reported at that moment; it does not confirm that a business can be trusted or that a tax treatment is right. Check each document before you send it, and ask a professional when you are unsure.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InvoizeFlow to:
- issue false or misleading invoices or other documents, or evade tax;
- send spam or unwanted messages, or harass anyone;
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- reach accounts, businesses or data that aren't yours, or test, probe or get around our security;
- overload or disrupt InvoizeFlow, or collect data from it with automated tools we don't provide;
- copy, resell or rebuild InvoizeFlow, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- upload malicious code, or material you don't have the right to share.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@invoizeflow.com instead of using it.
7. Plans, payments and renewals
- Plans. The Free plan costs nothing. What each plan includes, and its current price, is on our pricing page.
- Renewal. Paid plans are charged monthly in advance and renew automatically every month until you cancel. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month.
- Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe, in US dollars, or by Razorpay, in rupees. Prices in rupees include GST, and we issue a GST invoice for each payment in rupees.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Plans & billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, then move to the Free plan. We don't refund part of a month. If you pay through Razorpay, a cancellation can't be undone; you can subscribe again once the paid month ends.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and you keep your plan for a few days while the payment is retried. If it still hasn't gone through, your account moves to the Free plan.
- Moving to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can still open and download everything. If you own more businesses than the Free plan allows, only one of them can record new activity, and features that need a paid plan stop until you subscribe again.
- Price changes. We'll tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
- Free trials. If we offer you a free trial, we'll tell you when it ends. You won't be charged unless you subscribe; if you subscribe to the plan you are trying, billing starts when the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, you move to the Free plan and keep your records.
- Enterprise. Enterprise plans are arranged with our team and may come with their own agreement.
If you think we have charged you wrongly, write to hello@invoizeflow.com and we'll look into it.
8. Collecting payments from your clients
If you connect your own Stripe or Razorpay account, your clients pay you through that provider, under your own agreement with it. The money goes to your account; InvoizeFlow never holds it. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks with your clients, and for your provider's fees.
9. Emails we send for you
When you send an invoice, estimate or reminder, we deliver it by email in your business's name, and your client's replies come to you. Automatic reminders go out on the schedule you set until you turn them off. You are responsible for what these messages say and for being allowed to send them.
10. Our free tools
The free invoice and document generators on our website don't need an account. They are provided as they are: check every document before you use it. We don't keep what you type into them; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to it.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep InvoizeFlow available, secure and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features. If we remove something significant from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance. Features marked "Beta" or "Coming soon" may change or be withdrawn.
12. Our mobile apps
If you download our app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's terms apply as well. These terms are between you and InvoizeFlow, not Apple or Google. Neither of them is responsible for the app, its content, its support or any claim about it. For an app obtained from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
13. Our rights
InvoizeFlow, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to us. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for your business. Our brand assets page explains how you may use our name and logo.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
14. Trademarks
Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Other names and logos on our website and in our apps belong to their owners.
15. Liability
InvoizeFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for taxes, interest or penalties that arise from documents you issue. Our total liability for any claim about InvoizeFlow is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others that arise from your data, the documents you issue or your breach of these terms.
16. Suspending and closing accounts
You can stop using InvoizeFlow at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to hello@invoizeflow.com. Cancel any paid plan first.
We may suspend or close an account or a business if it breaks these terms, puts other people or InvoizeFlow at risk, or if the law requires us to. We'll tell you why, unless the law or a security concern prevents us. If we close your account for any other reason than a breach of these terms, we'll give you a reasonable chance to download your documents first.
Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when an account closes. The parts of these terms that are meant to last, such as those on liability and disputes, continue to apply after your account closes.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using InvoizeFlow after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can cancel and close your account.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly. If we can't settle a dispute between us, the courts of India will decide it.
